RETURNS 

We sincerely hope that you are happy with your Basliq Order, however in the unlikely case you aren't we would be happy to offer you a full refund, minus shipping costs, within 14 days and exchanges will be accepted within 28 days. Returns and Exchanges required after this period will be considered on an individual basis.

Earrings are excluded from returns due to hygiene reasons, this does not affect your consumer rights.

This does not affect rights if the item is faulty/damaged
